Dallas Jerome Horejsi was born on March 25, 1948 to Charles and Leona (Honza) Horejsi in New Prague, MN.
On March 20, 1971 he married Marsha Petersen. Dallas was a Vietnam Veteran. Proud member of the Montgomery Honor Guard, Montgomery VFW, Montgomery Legion and Minnesota River Valley Masons.
He worked at Minnesota Valley Engineering (Chart) for 40 years. He loved fishing, especially his yearly Canada trips with his buddies.
Dallas is survived by his wife, Marsha, his four children, Wendy (Larry) Eckstrom, Jen Dudley (Chris Pairolero), Jeff (Tracy) Horejsi and Rachel Horejsi (Ben Danielson). 16 grandchildren: Kyle, Deanna, Devin, Kelsey, Ashley, Kiersten, Jimmy, Kayla, Breanna, Alexus, Kevin, Dustin, Derrick, Ashlie, Austin and Gavin. 3 great-grandchildren: Lacie, Myla and Beckham. Siblings: Donald (Nancy), Dalleen (Ed) Sticha, Duane, Darrell (Shari), and Diane. Sister-in-law: Virginia, and many nieces and nephews.
Preceeded in death by his parents; mother- and father-in-law; brother, Dennis, sister, Donna; sister-in-law; Bev and brother-in-law, Curt.
Visitation will be held at St. John Lutheran Church in Montgomery on June 23, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. with funeral service following at 5:00 p.m. Dinner will follow at the American Legion in Montgomery, MN.
